No, we do not charge any extra cost for sending sms on Festival days or holidays.
7. What is the difference between free sms sites online & your sms service?
You can send free sms from various sites, but they are mend to use for personal purpose, along with your message an advertisement of sms sponsor also delivers to recipient. Apart from that you can send limited number of sms, it does not deliver on DND numbers. Sender name will not be yours and delivery of sms is not sure. 9. Can I send SMS on any mobile?
Yes, you can send sms to any network and any number in India.
10. Can I send sms to other countries?
Yes, you can send international sms from us, but the pricing varies from country to country. We cover 200+ countries and 800+ networks across the globe. Contact your account manager for pricing.
11. Can I send sms in other languages than English?
Yes, we offer sms in many other languages than English. it is called Unicode sms using which you can send sms in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Nepali etc, however the receiving mobile must be compatible to display the message. 12. Do you provide delivery reports for sms sent?
Yes, you can check the status of each sms you send from "Sent Messages" section in your panel. You can also download to your desktop.
13. How many characters are allowed in a message?
You can send upto 459 characters in a message however you will be charged 2 credits for the message which exceeds 160 characters including spaces. The count of each sms happens as follows
- 0-160 characters 1 SMS
- 160-306 characters 2 SMS
- 307-459 characters 3 SMS
- For Unicode SMS (Regional Language sms) each 70 characters are considered as 1 sms
14. What is the difference between Promotional & Transactional SMS?
As per the Regulation of TRAI sms which are used to Advertise or market a product or service is called Promotional SMS and sms used to send information or alerts is called Transactional sms service. You can view Transactional SMS categories here .
15. Do you have DND filtration system?

16. Do I get charged for DND numbers?
No, you will not be charged for DND numbers. If you are sending sms on say 100 numbers our system filters those numbers and will not send sms on DND registered numbers before sending itself. You will be charged for non DND numbers only.
17. What is Sender ID?
Sender ID is the recipient name that displays in receivers mobile. Usually it starts with 2 digit operators code such as LM, TD, TM. You can have 6 Alpha characters in CAPITAL as your message sender ID for Transactional SMS. Click here to know more
18. Can I have any name as my Sender ID?
No, for Promotional SMS you can not define any sender ID. usually it is 6 numeric characters allotted by operator randomly. For Transactional SMS you can have your company/brand name as sender ID. this will be 6 characters in CAPITAL only Alpha characters. To get sender ID on your company/Brand name you will have to be authorised to use the name and same as to be authenticate to us. for more details about sender id please visit here

Yes, you can send automated sms alerts or sms from your software or application using our service to any number. We will provide you an API (Application programming interface), which you have to integrate with your system. If you are doing this for first time our technical staff will assist you with the same. 23. Do I need to install any software to send sms?
No, you don t need to install any software in your PC/Laptop. You can send it from any PC in the world by logging into our website. We will provide you with a username & password to login. You just need to have internet connectivity to send messages

1. Can I purchase SMS online?
Yes, you can purchase sms packages online by paying through your Credit card, Debit card or internet Banking. Please contact your account manager to get online link for payment.
2. What are the payment options available?
We accept payments in both online and offline.
You can pay online using Credit/Debit cards, Internet banking, cash cards. or You can make NEFT/RTGS transfer to our bank account. If you want to pay offline you can purchase by paying cash at our offices or to our executive, you can pay by issuing a cheque on our company name i.e Vast Technologies Pvt Ltd, you can also send cheques or DDs to our offices. 3. How much time does it take to activate my account after making payment?
Usually it takes 15-30 Minutes to activate/recharge your account after receiving the payment. If you are paying by Debit/Credit card or Internet banking your account will be activated after Success payment confirmation from our Payment Gateway. If you have issued a cheque or transferred amount to our bank account using NEFT/RTGS account will be activated only after the clearance of the same i.e up on reflection of amount in our bank account.
4. Do I need to pay any deposit or Set fee to purchase sms?
No, You do not need to pay any deposits or set up fee or monthly fee to use sms service. There are no extra costs or hidden charges. You just need to pay sms charges to startsending sms.
